BacStat Hair Care   SHIPPING OPTIONS: Domestic (Contenintal USA) & International  

All Orders are shipped by UPS unless specified otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES:  Many items are shipped with in 2 - 3 days after the order is placed.  International Shipments take longer.  Our normal ship time for most items outside the Holidays is 2 - 3 days after processing the order.  Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. 

SPECIAL SHIPPING NEEDS:  CALL 1-570-367-9587 If no answer – leave number where you can be reached.  Call will be returned within 24 hours. 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:  When your order is place you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided stating when your order will be shipped.  Be sure your e-mail address is accurate.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPMENTS:  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped FedEx  or UPS Duties Unpaid.  Any special requirements for the receiving country will be explained in the e-mail prior to the shipping.  All internation shipping cost are to be paid by the customer.  The International customer will be notified of the additional shipping fees and requirements via e-mail when the order is received.  

Be sure to provide an e-mail address for international orders.
